Attendance Checking and Patrol and Reporting Systems

Attendance information collected by reading machines are transmitted to monitoring center through smart cards, so that the center is able to understand the real-time attendance status of all employees by checking with the scheduled shift duty rosters. This system also allows impromptu two-way spot checks to see if online staff are on duty and enables the center to require online staff to swipe cards for roll call on a fixed schedule. This way, the center will be able to make sure if supervising personnel actually visit each and every appointed spot to check attendance and supervise staff. The systems also provide emergency SOS functions that allow staff to seek help on site when an emergency arises.
